A custom text box can be added to a video clip as a title card.You will need to download a third-party video editing software from the Play Store.
Step 1: FilmoraGo can be downloaded from the Play Store.
The "smallUrl" is at the bottom of the page.This article can help you download an app from the Play Store.
Step 2: You can open the FilmoraGo app on your phone.
You can find and tap the green button on the download page or the app icon on your Apps menu.You will have to agree to Filmora's Privacy Policy when you first open the app.To proceed, tap to do so.
Step 3: You can create a new video by tapping the button.
It looks like an icon in the middle of the screen.
Step 4: Select the video you want to modify.
Select any video clip from your gallery here.
Step 5: You can trim your video.
The handles on the timeline can be used to select what part of the video you want to use.You can either include the entire clip or select a small portion.Wait when you're done trimming.
Step 6: You can scroll down the right panel.
This will open a program at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7: Go to the bottom options and tap Titles.
You can open a list of text styles.
Step 8: You can tap the style you want to use.
There is a text box on your video.
Step 9: The text box is on the video.
The text says "tap to add title."
Step 10: Your text can be entered into the text box.
Your title style will show your text.To save your title text, tap on the top-right.
Step 11: On the top-right, tap SAVE.
It appears to be an orange disk icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.Your video will be saved with the new title card.You can save a copy to your Gallery app.
Step 12: On your phone, open the FilmoraGo app.
The Filmora icon can be found on the Apps menu.FilmoraGo can be downloaded from the Play Store if you don't already have it installed.
Step 13: There is a new video to be created.
There is a button in the middle of the screen.
Step 14: Pick the video you want to modify.
From your gallery, you can choose any of your saved videos.
Step 15: You can scroll down the right panel.
The editing toolbar is at the bottom of your screen.
Step 16: Go to the bottom and tap the Subtitle option.
You can add a text box to your video with this option.
Step 17: The red + button is on the bottom- left.
You can add a new text box to your video and list the subtitle animations on the left sidebar.
Step 18: The video has a text box on it.
You can enter your own text with this.Just tap on the text box and you'll be able to edit your text again.
Step 19: Your text can be entered into the text box.
The text on the video will be replaced by yours.
Step 20: The keyboard has a tab above it.
You can open a list of the available fonts.This is where you can use the fonts on your text.
Step 21: There is a text alignment position on the bottom- left.
To justify your text to either side, use the alignment icons in the lower- left corner of your screen.
Step 22: The color tab is above the keyboard.
There is a list of colors you can apply to your text.
Step 23: You can use the color you want.
If you want to see how it looks with your text, tap a color at the bottom of your screen.
Step 24: On the top-right you can tap OKAY.
Your text will be added to the text box on your video.
Step 25: To move the text box, tap and drag.
The text box can be moved on the video.The blue "" button on your text's top- left corner can be used to remove the text box if you don't like the way it looks.
Step 26: The two-arrows icon is at the bottom of the textbox.
You can change the size of your text by dragging it in and out.
Step 27: There is an animation in the left sidebar.
You can see the subtitle animations on the left sidebar.Select here if you don't want any animations.
Step 28: On the top-right, tap OKAY.
You can save your text on the video project.To save your edits, tap again.
Step 29: On the top-right, tap SAVE.
There is an orange disk icon in the upper right corner.You will be able to save your video with your new text box.You can save a copy to your Gallery app.
