- Open the SimpliSafe mobile app.
- Open the app menu by tapping the three-bar icon (≡)
- Choose "activate new service"
- Choose "transfer monitoring"
How do I reset my SimpliSafe?
- Unplug the base station.
- Remove the battery cover on the bottom of the device using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
- Remove one battery for at least 10–15 seconds before putting it back in.
- Put the battery cover back on.
- Plug the base station in and wait a minute or two for a new connection.
How do I move my SimpliSafe sensor?
Moving In. Now that you're at your new home, setting your system back up is simple. Just put your sensors back up the same way you did when you first installed your system—adhering them to the wall. The Entry Sensor magnet uses a slightly different adhesive than the other sensors. Remove the magnet by rotating the magnet slowly until the adhesive loosens and you can pull it off the wall.
