How do I block my Navy Federal Credit card?
- From the Accounts page, select the corresponding checking account to freeze your debit card, or select the credit card you want to freeze.
- Select Manage Card, then select Freeze Card from the next menu.
- Select Freeze Card to continue.
Can Navy Federal close your account?
If you're the primary account holder, you can close your account and open a new one in your name only or with a new joint owner. This action can be completed in a branch, online through an eMessage or by calling 1-888-842-6328. This is known as an Account Shutdown.
