When you track your package, you'll see your scheduled delivery date with a near real-time status, and for eligible FedEx packages, you'll see an estimated delivery time window. If you don't see an estimated delivery time window, that information may not be available for that particular package.
How long does a package stay at a FedEx facility?
We will hold your package for up to 10 days for FedEx Ground® residential deliveries and five days for FedEx Express® service before it's returned to the shipper. You can find where to pick up your missed delivery by tracking your package using your door tag number or tracking number.

Is FedEx hold at location faster?
Is FedEx's hold at location faster? No. On the same day it was going to be delivered to you, instead of delivering to you, they will deliver it to the chosen location. So it will arrive the same day, but you'll need to go, and get it.
Can I pick up package at FedEx facility?
Even after a package is en route, you can request to have us hold it at a nearby location for pickup. With many shipments, there's no need to wait for a delivery attempt. Simply enter the tracking number online or call 1.800. GoFedEx 1.800.
Why is my package stuck at FedEx facility?
It means the package has arrived at the facility but has not been unloaded from the shipping container to be sent out for delivery.
Why has my FedEx package been in transit for 3 days?
There could be an issue in transit, whether if it's Express, there could be a flight or vehicle delay. For Ground, there may have been a hold up in transit with the trucks. As for “No scheduled delivery date” your package might be mis sorted or lost at the time of that message.
