Hand wash cycle means what you say it means.

The Handwash cycle has been removed from the washer and the only way to add it back is through the Smart ThinQ app.

There isn't a cycle similar to the Handwash cycle that would be under a different name but I have provided a breakdown of each downloadable cycle.

This cycle is for washing daily used blankets.Do not wash wool blankets.

The collar and cuffs are washed with hot water for stain removal.

Juice and food stains are removed with hot water and powerful wash motions.

The overnight wash uses the rolling wash motion to reduce wash cycle noise and continue tumbling to prevent wrinkling.

There are some differences between the two washers.The Handwash cycle is mentioned, but it is recommended to check the owner's manual for the model in question.

I don't have a reason why the agents would have told you to search for it.The incident has been sent to the Training Dept.To improve quality for the future.The suggestion has been submitted for the cycle to be added.I can't say if it will be added or not because it's based on demand and usage.

There isn't a handwash cycle on the units.I will submit this complaint to the factory in order to improve customer satisfaction in the future.
