Ford F-150 Questions - Check gauge - What does it mean when my "check gauge" light comes on?

The truck won't turn on at all the lights, the radio and the dashboard, even though I passed charge and thought it was the battery.I don't know what the gauges are and how to fix it.

I have been to seven different mechanics, including Ford, and have had this truck die multiple times, the most recent being when the aftermarket air intake had to be put back on.

I bought a set of mechanical gauges for my 2003 f-150 because I am getting a different style of dash.I wondered if my engine would run correctly without the readings.

I want it to blue for the main gauge and the individual indicators to be red, but I don't know what kind of light to get.
