Football pants with built in pads, washing football pants, and more on eBay.
My sons play sports.New pants were given to the team this year.I have been able to get out the grass and mud by pre-soaking them.The knees aren't in the water with the new pants because the pads float.Is there a way to keep the pants submerged?
Do you want to add your voice?To answer, click below.It is powered by your wisdom.If your boys pants are white, you should use a rug carpet cleaner like Resovle.If the instructioins are not to bleach use one cup bleach, 1 cup dry dishwahing detergent, and a cup of regular detergent.I usually doubled the recipe.The fumes are strong.Allow it to soak for at least four hours.As usual, wash with regular detergent.I use the dry detergent, spray and wash and rug cleaner.I have never made a mistake.I have been washing football pants for ten years and my recipe gave them the whitest pants.It did not ruin the pads.It's great if you want to whiten sox.I used to do a whole load when I got all the family's white sox.The next day everyone had the whitest sox in town.My mom used to make this recipe back in the 70s.She used to do the entire team's pants.The pant does not yellow.Over the years, the texture has changed.Good luck Maryann.The pads should be tucked inside the pants or white sox.If you put a towel or two in with everything, they will be washed.Was this helpful?Don't the pads come out of football pants?The pads came out when I bought them for our son.At least the pants got clean, even though it was a pain to take them in and out.Was this helpful?Was this helpful? If you wanted to make sure the pants legs got really good and soaked, you could put a smaller soda or juice bottle down inside the leg of the pant and make it weigh them down while they're soaking.
