My ability to create channels on my devices is not working.I have been trying to get support to solve the problem.Correct, you read that correctly. To no avail.I have been told how to solve the problem that isn't working. The problem has been raised to a higher level. No change.I have been assured many times by customer service personnel that the problem should be fixed by a certain date.No change.I was told recently that there is an upcoming update that will solve the problem. The update came and went.No change. The indifference has really gotten to me.After a while, trying to get a response from the support function within the app is met with complete and utter silence.They.Just.Stop.Affirmative.I used to think of customer service as a strength of the company. No more.I'm looking for alternatives now.The customer is fed up.
Our support team owes you something. It seems you already submitted a ticket via the help center located within the app, if you would be so kind in email us the support ticket # to fiostvapps@verizon.com, I will ensure we make this a priority.
I don't like the latest upgrade. If I am watching something on my tablets, changing the channel is a five step process. The upgrade before that was not as bad.I used to be able to click on the last channel in the "Recently Watched" section.I need to find the channel, then click on it, and it will take me to a new page.If I want to change it, I have to "x" it out of the watch page, then go to the previous page.Click on that if you want to find the new channel.Clicking on that will take you to the new watch page.I spend 5 minutes trying to change the channel to get to a commercial. It must be a better way. There was, judging by the previous versions. This experience has been made frustrating by you.
I was very disappointed in this app.I use it a lot so the $250 a month I pay for it includes this.I'm very close to dropping the company. There is no way to scroll up to the top after going down hundreds of channels. It used to be possible to touch the top of the screen. That is a standard iPad.I like to watch TV in portrait mode. They wouldn't let me do this. They used to take that away.I use favorite filters to get rid of stuff I don't want.I probably had more than 100.They replaced all of them with a feature that limits you to 50.What good is that? The filter favorites are useless to me.I think they want to make you look at all the channels.I thought the customers were in charge. They pay the content providers. The content providers seem to be getting all the special treatment. There are a lot of useless channels.I don't understand their business model. The customers are really angry.Even though it is a new iPad, it fails a lot.It forgets where it was.I have to touch things to get back to the listing page. Why can't he remember where he was?Is it too much to ask?
