One of the most distant objects that a human can see is the AndromedaGalaxy, also known as the Great SpiralGalaxy.You can find its location in the sky by using the constellations.You can see it with your eyes, but you can use a telescope or binoculars.If you want to see more, go out on a dark night.It is difficult to locate it for the first time, but once you find it, it is very hard to misplace it again.
Step 1: Don't look at the city's lights.
Light pollution can make it hard to find the galaxy.The best place to go away from is an urban area.If you want to find another area without light pollution, take a hike onto a mountain or go out into an isolated field.
Step 2: To see in the dark, adjust your eyes.
The stars around it are brighter.If you go out to stargaze, give yourself fifteen minutes to adjust.At first, you may not be able to see as many stars as you could.
Step 3: You can use a star chart to figure out where the galaxy will be.
The position of the stars can change with the seasons.There is a star chart for the current month.Online, you can find star charts for free.They can also be purchased at astronomy societies.If you look at the star chart, you can see what the best time to see the galaxy is.The eastern sky of the northern hemisphere will be filled with the stars in September and October.It should be above your head by midnight.You can see the northern horizon in December if you live in the southern hemisphere.It might not rise high in the sky.
Step 4: There is an app for stargazing.

Step 5: The constellation is known as the Cassiopeia.
There is a bright star next to the Big Dipper.The North Star is called Polaris.The Big Dipper will be across Polaris.There are five stars in the shape of a W.There is a point on the right side of this "W".
Step 6: There are two constellations: the Pegasus and the Andromeda.

Two fuzzy spots can be found if you use a telescope.One of them, M32, is closer to the core than the others.The larger of the two is called NGC 205.Both are companion galaxies.
Step 10: Start by looking in the sky.
You don't have to use special tools to see the galaxy.It will look like a fuzzy ellipse in the night sky.If you have found the area of the sky where the galaxy is located, you can use a telescope or binoculars to find it.
Step 11: You can use binoculars to get a better look.

Step 15: Check the weather for a clear night.
There are clouds in the sky.Look at the weather reports to make sure there is no cloud cover.
