The video was on MTV and on Yahoo!On October 31, 2006 there was music.Fatima Robinson also directed the "My Humps" music video.Will.i.am from The Black Eyed Peas also appears in the video, in which they play a candy factory named "Fergieland", which is named after the author of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory".There are pink and purple boxes of "Fergalicious" candy in the video.There is a field of candy canes in the beginning of the video.Throughout the video, she wears a tan and khaki girl scout outfit, sports a black one-piece swimsuit, works out in a colorful gym, and sings in front of a room filled with lollipops and other candy.She joined the two women at the end of the video after watching them wrestle in cake.There are shots of other characters in the video either listening to the player or watching it, as well as a few notes that Fergie plays on the K5 mp3 player towards the end.The music video for "Fergalicious" has been viewed over 130 million times.[35]
The Arabian Prince, a member of the N.W.A, sued the record label for not paying royalties for a sample of "Supersonic" he produced for "Fergalicious".The lawsuit was filed in the New York Supreme Court, claiming that he was owed 20% of the royalties from the song.He says the label refused to pay on many occasions.36
