Step 1: The temperature should be under hot water for a quick fix.

Step 16: You are faking sick.
If you were taking such extreme measures to stay home from school, practice, or other obligations, your parents are going to be very upset.Tell the truth about the reason you don't want to go.Don't make excuses to share your feelings.You could say that you did not study for the history test.I faked illness so that I wouldn't fail the test.
Step 17: Apologize for faking it.
apologize for trying to trick them now that you have come clean.Make it clear that what you did was wrong, and that you will be more honest in the future.They might find it hard to trust you now that you have lied.You could say, "I'm sorry for what I did."I promise to never do it again.
Step 18: The consequences are accepted.
If they find out, you may be punished.Accept the consequences for lying and avoid doing it again.Don't get caught.You will have to work hard to get back their trust.
