An out of body experience is a situation when you are not in your physical body.OBEs can happen at any time, not just when you're asleep or near death.OBEs are thought to be a type of dreaming.Dream recall techniques can help you remember out of body experiences, since they are difficult to remember.Understanding the circumstances around you can help you understand what happened to you.
Step 1: Meditate right away.
Give yourself a few minutes after the award to think.Try to remember what happened.Take a stroll through the events of your experience. The more accurate your memory is, the sooner you recall what happened.
Step 2: The experience should be written down.
As it happened, try to remember everything.Where did you go?What did it look like? What sensations did you experience?Write everything down in a dream journal.Every detail you can remember, record it.
Step 3: Take a picture of what happened.
If you sketch a picture of the scene, you will be able to better understand it.The scenery can be expressed with colors.Tell us where you were in the scene.Where were you when it started?Where did it take you?You can use this exercise to process what happened.
Step 4: When it happened, identify what you were doing.
You may be able to identify what type of OBE it is by what you were doing just before the event. To understand why it happened, try to identify what happened before.Sleep processes may be related to the occurrence of OBEs in the evening or early morning. There is a dream that you are aware of.During REM sleep, lucid dreaming can occur as a result of a variety of factors, including intentional meditation, or repetitive activities such as driving or exercising. The types of dreams that are considered to be a type of dreaming are called OBEs.Near Death Experiences occur when a person is close to death. Some people report seeing doctors and nurses treat them while others say they saw a light.Drugs such as meth, cannabis, ketamine, and cough syrups can cause hallucinating effects.Drug-related deaths can be very dangerous. They can cause harm to the user.
Step 5: There are other presences.
In some cases, people may feel as though there is a spirit in the room with them. They may see a double of their own body in others.Remember who was in the room with you.If possible, identify them.It is possible to grieve after the death of a loved one by meeting them during this experience. They may have a message for you.It is a spiritual experience to see a divine presence in a room.People say they see ghosts or spirits in the room. Some believe that the spirits have something to say to you.
Step 6: Do you know if there was a cord?
A silver cord tying your spiritual/floating body to your physical form is seen by some as symbolic of the relationship between the body and the soul. Many believe that this cord is what keeps you in this plane. You might have felt the cord pull you back into your body.Did you feel limited in your movement?A cord has kept you in place. Is it possible that you had free movement around the room?It is likely that there wasn't a cord.
Step 7: If you saw a tunnel, look it up.
Near-death experiences often include a tunnel of light. You might have felt like you were moving towards the light. Some people think this is a spiritual experience after visiting heaven. It is believed to be a representation of being reborn.Others think it is a problem with brain wave patterns.Visiting paradise or heaven is more common in naturally induce OBEs than in forced ones. There are no known reasons for this.
Step 8: Find the location where you were taken.
Think about whether or not you traveled.Did you stay in one room or did you move from room to room?Did you fly through the sky?Did you visit another planet? Some people visit distant friends and have conversations.Maybe you're looking for something that's missing in your life.It is possible that you are coming to terms with your beliefs of the afterlife and the universe.Take into account the reasons why you might have been taken.People feel as though they have been transported to a "heavenly" or "alien" realm when projected into the sky. These may include bright colors, spiritual encounters, and floating. Some people think that this is a visit to higher planes of reality.
Step 9: Compare the scene to the real thing.
Staying in one place is normal. You can see the room from above.Your brain may be reconstructing the location of the room from previous memories. It might be an illusion of perception.Look around the room.If objects are in the same place as you were, that's a good sign. You may have imagined your room based on previous memories if objects are in different positions. Is there anything you wouldn't be able to see from above? You might consider that you left your body if the answer is yes.
Step 10: Listen to the noise.
People report hearing strange noises. Some believe that sound can't be transmitted to other planes or that your brain interprets new sensations as sound. It could be a response to your condition. You could hear the sound of static, wind rushing in your ears, or cracking.Your brain is trying to make sense of the situation. There are both peaceful and malevolent voices.Your dream state could be the reason for this. What is being said? Was it a coherent sentence? You can ignore it if it didn't make sense.
Step 11: Take your physical and mental state into account.
exhaustion, stress, or a medical condition are some of the causes of OBEs.Understand that there could be a medical explanation for your OBE, and take into account how you were feeling before.Even if the person was not close to death, strokes and seizure can cause OBEs.interrupted sleep patterns are to blame for many OBEs.Even though you are awake, you may still be dreaming if you wake up in the middle of the night or just after waking.A paralyzed sensation is common in these situations.OBEs can be triggered by stress hormones.Take the time to consider what is happening in your life.Have you been busy?Is there something that scares you?
Step 12: Look at your emotions.
It is possible to piece together what your mental and spiritual state are by recalling how you felt.Use your emotions to your advantage.Tell us about the different sensations that you felt.It is possible that these are reflective of your mental health. It's a common feeling to be at peace outside of the body. You may be at peace with yourself, or you may realize that your earthly problems are insignificant.Feelings of pain can be caused by returning to the body. You might be hesitant about coming back to life.It is possible that you are uncomfortable with your body.Fear and panic are not as bad as they seem because you may see strange beings or objects. If you don't know why you feel that way, ask: "Why did I feel this way?"What happened to cause this?
Step 13: Understand your fears.
Try to understand the causes of your fear.Would you not come back to your body?Is it possible that you thought you were dead? Were you worried that spirits would hurt you?Take a look at different reasons why you might have felt that way. Most of the time, fear of death is common. You might have thought that you wouldn't return to your body. You may be worried about where you will go when you die.You may have been afraid that they would harm you if you felt another presence in the room. You might not have been sure if they were friendly or evil. There is a fear that spirits can affect your life. You might be scared of change or unknown if you were transported to another place.
Step 14: There are links between out of body experience and real life.
OBEs are usually guided and influenced by your memories and experiences in real life.Think about who and what you saw.Why did they appear to you then? Are they causing stress in your life? Are you unable to see loved ones because of distance? Are you worried about death? Are there any unresolved problems in your life?
