It takes about two hours to fully charge the Reliefband 2.0, and the charge gives about 17 hours use on the mid-intensity level. When you are ready to put it on, you start by finding the P6 area on either wrist; this is the spot in between the two tendons on the underside of your wrist.
How do you know if Reliefband is working?
After the device is turned on, move it slightly up or down, and side to side on the wrist until the maximum “tingling” feeling is felt. You will feel a tingling sensation in your palm and/or middle fingers when Reliefband® is in the proper wrist location.
Can you use Reliefband without gel?
Yes. The gel helps enhance the conductivity of the electrodes with the skin; allowing the impulses to penetrate and reach the nerves intended to receive stimulation. Without the gel, you will receive little more than localized skin stimulation.
