How do you use LVT spacers?
Drop one spacer on the adjacent wall where the end of the first laminate plank will meet that wall. Keep the spacers in place along the walls as you lay down planks. This will prevent the flooring from shifting as you install, and as you walk over the freshly installed floor.

How do I stop my LVP from moving?
Use a transition strip of molding to fill that 3/8-inch gap you left between the floating floorboards and the walls. Add a bead of construction adhesive to the gap first, and then slide the transition strip in place. This will do a lot to prevent the floating floors from moving.
