There is a lot of gymnastics and Cardio with a focus on core/abs, but also much more focused on weight training which had not previously been used by Moore.
If you take into account the amount of cardio Moore used, this one has a tone of volume, so be ready to run and train in what might even have to be split into two-a-days to complete.
