Since the classes don't rollover, it's a lot less stressful to attend two classes per week with a busy schedule. At 2 classes per week, or 8 per month, it's easy to move classes from week to week depending on your schedule.
Do my Orangetheory classes expire?
All class packs expire after 12 months. The class packs were not initially offered to me, until I asked.

Is 2 days a week at Orangetheory enough?
So, yes! Two workouts a week is perfect in the beginning, but I would encourage members to consider adding one day per week for every month you're a member (if it's your second month, bump it to three workouts a week, and then in your third month, bump it up to four workouts a week).
