Can you get a refund from Albert?

We do not offer refunds for individual subscription purchases. We encourage users to try the free content that we offer in every subject prior to purchasing an upgrade. If you purchased the wrong subject by mistake, please email us at hello@albert.io and we can switch the subject access for you.

How do I cancel Albert and get my money back?

How do I cash out Albert?

- Go to the "Move money" tab (🔃). - Under "Transfers," tap "One-time." - Choose Savings as the institution you're sending funds from and your external bank account you're sending funds to. - Type your transfer amount and hit "Transfer."

Does Albert take your money?

The money in your Savings account is yours, available for withdrawal anytime. There's no fee for transferring your funds. Albert places your Savings funds in the default savings goal, the Rainy day fund.

How do I get my money back from Albert?

If you're on a yearly Genius plan and you cancel within a month of signing up, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the first month, you will receive a prorated refund. Your signing bonus will also be reclaimed as part of your cancellation.

Why is Albert taking money from my account?

If you're not a Genius customer what may look like a charge is, in fact, a transfer to your Albert Savings account. This is your money, we're saving it automatically for you (and paying you a bonus on your Savings balance!).

How do I unlock my Albert account?

- Visit the Profile tab in the bottom right corner of the app. - Tap on Settings. - Tap on Face/Touch ID and PIN. - Toggle on the security setting (Touch ID, Face ID, or PIN) you'd like to enable. If PIN is enabled, you will be prompted to create a four-digit PIN to log in with.
