Air Force Service Dress Blues Uniform - Which Size Occupational Badge for Blues?
There is a one-stop reference to help answer questions regarding proper wear of approved Air Force uniform items.Changes to policy from Air Force senior leadership and the Uniform Board are provided.Airman are encouraged to consult their chain of command for clarification on standards and policies.
The overall uniform program and official changes to policy are under the discretion of the Uniform Board.The dress and appearance of Air Force personnel can be reviewed under the policy menu.There are unauthorized dress and appearance standards listed in the guidance updates.
The Multi-cam is one of the OCPs that are authorized to be worn by airmen.
It will be mandatory for higher headquarters and unit patches to be in place by April 1, 2021.Current subdued versions of HHQ and/or unit patches may be worn.Combat patches earned by prior-service soldiers can be worn in their current color configuration, but they will not be converted to the spice brown color criteria.
The U.S. flag will be on the right sleeve.The left sleeve of the OCP has a patch on it.
Occupational badges will be above the name tape of the US Air Force.
If earned and awarded, airmen can wear other services' qualification badges.SERE, Ranger tab, etc.The award criteria for other services qualification badges will be in line with the directives of the awarding service.
