I will start the second Advocare 24 Day Challenge tomorrow.I have had some questions about what you can eat while doing the 24 day challenge, so I am continuing my Advocare reviews for you.I like to eat all of my favorite foods.I try to follow the Paleo diet.There are some tips for eating on the challenge.You need to check with your coach first.Let me know if you need a coach.
Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and other nuts are dry roasted or raw.Skinless chicken breast, Lean red meat, fish, Tuna, and Lentils are Paleo.
You should eat fresh or frozen fruits if you want to lose weight.
You can eat fresh or frozen vegetables.
Whole grain (not whole wheat) bread is one of my favorites.
Olive oil, expeller pressed vegetable oils, sesame oil are used in condiments.An array of fresh and/or bottled herbs and spices for seasoning, including fresh mint, lemons, limes and 100% cranberry juice.
Do not eat table sugar, anything fried, soda, white sauces, chips, donuts, pastries, or crackers.
