You can learn how to create simple macros for excel spreadsheets.
Step 1: It is possible to open the excel.
The process for enabling macros is the same for all of them.There is a slight difference between the two programs.
Step 2: Click on the file to open it.

Step 7: Go through your macro sequence.
A single slip-up can ruin the whole thing when you record a macro.If you run through the commands you will be able to do them without hesitation.
Step 8: Click on the Developer tab.
Step 9: You can click Record Macro.
This can be found in the Code section of the ribbon.You can start a new macro by pressing Alt+T+M+R.
Step 10: The macro should be named.
If you're going to be creating multiple macros, make sure you can easily identify it.A description can be added to explain what the macro will do.
Step 11: Click the field that says Shortcut.
The macro can be run with a keyboard shortcut.This is not mandatory.
Step 12: Shift and a letter are used.
This will create a keyboard combination to start the macro.This will be a Command+letter combination on Mac.
Step 13: You can click on the store macro.
Step 14: Click on the location you want to save the macro
Leave the macro on "This Workbook" if you only use it for your current spreadsheet.Select "Personal Macro Workbook" to get the macro for your spreadsheet.
Step 15: Click OK if you want to proceed.
Your macro will start recording.
Step 16: If you want to record, perform the commands.
Anything you do will be recorded and added to the macro.If you run a sum formula of A2 and B2 in cell C7, you can always run the macro in the future and see the results in C7.You can use macros to open other Office programs.Everything you do in excel is added to the macro.
Step 17: When you're done, click stop recording.
This will end the recording.
Step 18: Your file can be saved in a macro format.
To save your macros, you'll need to click the File menu and select Save.The file name field can be found underneath the file type menu.Click the excel macro-enabled workbooks to open them.
Step 19: You can open the macro-enabled workbook file.
You will be prompted to enable the content if you have closed your file before running your macro.
Step 20: Click it to enable it.
Whenever a macro-enabled workbook is opened, this appears at the top of the spreadsheet in the Security Warning bar.Since it's your own file, you can trust it, but be careful opening files from other sources.
Step 21: Press your shortcut.
You can quickly run your macro by pressing the shortcut you created.
Step 22: There is a button in the developer tab.
This will show you all of the macros in your spreadsheet.
Step 23: You can click the macro you want to run.
Step 24: You can click the button to run.
You can run the macro in your current cell or selection.
Step 25: A macro's code can be seen.
